Shipping: Once we receive your order, we will send you an email with the shipping charges. You then complete your order and payment with the shipping charges included.
All orders will be shipped within one business day after approval of the shipping charges. Orders approved over the weekend and/or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Returns: We are very reasonable people when it comes to returns, but we do have the following policies. For any return, you must first call or email us to receive a return authorization number (RAN). We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any return package not clearly marked with a RAN. We do accept returns on any undamaged merchandise in its original packaging, with all component parts and warranty cards included. We will not accept any returns that are used, scratched, dented, soiled or otherwise damaged. Cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds: We will do our best to refund your account promptly once a return has been processed. All returned items will be subject to a manufacturer inspection and must be approved before a refund can be issued. After 30 days from the delivery date, all sales are considered final. No refund shall be given after the 30-day period. We will gladly assist you with any warranty claims with the manufacturer.
